new wool diaper cover, pajamas, base layer, longies. O'Lamby wool diaper covers are handmade in the USA by me out of upcycled wool. I've been making and selling wool diaper covers for approximately 11 years, starting with my own children. I do have an Etsy shop but have not yet begun listing items there at this time.

Additional details specific to this pair:
100% merino wool. Single layer. Smooth, not fuzzy or scratchy. NO elastic in waist so these will be non-binding on the waist. Natural unfinished rolled hem. Identical to another pair of green ones I have listed but these have a stretchier panel in the back so will fit baby a little longer.

Modeled by both my newborn baby doll & larger doll in photos to help you judge the fit. A little big on newborn doll & snug on larger doll.
I would estimate these to fit newborn to 4 months or possibly longer but please measure your baby with diaper on to see if these will fit your baby properly.
These have been hand dyed by me (after I sewed them) with Koolaid which is permanent and non-toxic. Have you ever heard the expression "dyed in the wool"? My method gives a vintage / mottled / tie-dye look. Hides a multitude of stains. In fact, go ahead, let it be stained. No one will know the difference. The Price reflects my extra time in dying them.
While this item has been washed and lightly felted, it will need lanolized prior to using as a cloth diaper cover for maximum absorbability. Additional care instructions are to handwash and lay flat to dry. You can also use these as regular baby pants, base layer, leggings, or pajamas without having to lanolize them. Wool is naturally fire resistant. Cuff them for younger babies.

For reference purposes, I have photographed most of my wool diaper covers on two model dolls (which are NOT included for purchase in this auction). My larger model is approximately the size of a 5 month old, 25" long with a 17" waist. My smaller model is approximately the size of a newborn, 18" long but with slightly shorter legs than a newborn. My models wear cloth diapers under diaper covers for a more realistic fit.
