W. & L. E. Gurley 22.5" Wye Level Antique Surveying Level Troy NY

Antique survey level made by W.&L.E. Gurley of Troy NY. Good overall functioning condition. Unit rotates smoothly thru axis. No serial number found which some say dates unit to before 1908 which I cannot verify.
Optics and cross hairs focus. The sight tube extends to a max of 26". Could use a good cleaning as previous owner buffed with brass polish with residual noted throughout.
Comes with original storage case in reasonable condition with brass closing hooks. One eyelet missing.
Check pictures as that is what you are buying. Sold as is.

NOTE; Seller will make every effort to pack item securely. However past experience has resulted in broken glass in shipment. If glass arrives broken (see below re reshipping) seller will compensate buyer a maximum of 10% ca final sale price to replace glass upon proof of glass damaged in shipping. If this is not acceptable do not bid as item is sold with no refund.
