Vtg Russian Military Surveyor's Transit w/Case Instructions etc.

I'm not a surveyor, but this appears to be a vintage transit.  Based on the color, I'm assuming military.
I don't read Russian, so I don't know what the paperwork says.
This is the actual item you're bidding on.
Please look closely at the pictures, they're a fair representation of actual condition (and part of the description).
The items I sell come from estate sales, public auctions, flea markets, garage sales, etc.
