Vintage Schumann Arzberg Hand Painted / Transfer Porcelain Compote Bowl 1940s

Description

Up for sale is a Vintage Hand Painted/Transfer Porcelain Compote Bowl Made in Germany By Schumann Arzberg. Circa 1940s-1950s.
Featuring a nice reticulated Bowl with an ornate gold gilt design and a Transfer image with Hand Painted accents. The pedestal has an ornate gold gilt design around the base.
The bottom of both the bowl and the base have a "72" in red underglaze. The bottom of the base has a mark that reads "SCHUMANN / ARZBERG / GERMANY" (I imagine the bottom of the bowl has the same mark).
There is a very small chip on the base as shown in the photos. Otherwise it is in good condition with light wear to the paint and gilt. The compote still displays beautifully.
Measurements are approximately:
5 3/8" Tall.
7 1/2" Brim Diameter.
4 3/8" Base Diameter.
This item may have manufacturers imperfections which do not affect the display of the piece.
