Vintage Keuffel & Esser  Surveying Compass, in the Original K&E Case, I dont know about these so please look at the pics. It locks down fine and works as it should. Unfortunally it looks like the ball joint mount is not in the box when I purchaced it as you see the extra spot in the nice wooden case it came in. I am sure you can find one here on the net somewhere
