Description

OFFERED ... a vintage 200-Year Perpetual calendar made in "INDIA," as etched on the back easel. The calendar is made of brass decorated with colored enamels, mainly red and green, some blue, with floral and foliage designs and two peacock accents at center left and right; rectangular with decorative cut edges. The calendar is designed to be used in any year from 1962 to 2161, adjusted by turning the disk which has two cut-outs: one exposing years relative to months, the other for weeks relative to days. It stands on a footed, easel-type support affixed to the back. It measures 9 5/8" x 7 3/4".
