    Description

    This is probably one of the coolest items I have seen in a long time!  This is a vintage handmade wooden builder/contractor's survey instrument with a scope.  Unfortunately, I don't know the history behind it, but think the craftsmanship is quite excellent.  It measures 9" tall x 11" wide and is in excellent condition with only one minor knick/chip in the wood.  Please review all photos closely as they are a part of the description.  I will be happy to combine shipping with any other items I have listed.
