Has mahogany case in structurally sound except carrying strap is weak and worn. Case is severely scratched - varnish is still present.
Gurley Tripod is telescoping 2 piece.
Package includes Transit, Carrying Case, Tripod, K&E Target, Surveying Book (Surveying by Harry Bouchard) 1st Edition, 5th Revision June 1935 University of Michigan and Roe Steel Tape(like new).
Transit has been professionally re-calibrated within the last 10 years.
