SURREY WITH A FRINGE ON TOP.  A vintage surrey for two that actually rolls. Rebuilt using white plastic wood so it will not rot and never needs painting. The wheels are full size wheel chair wheels to give you some idea of size. On top is a canvas hood with white tassels for charm. Built for outdoor use. Decorate with plants or flowers. This is too big to ship and is pick up only. Comes with an aluminum pole and an American flag. Rebuilt by hand so this a a one-of-a-kind lawn decoration.
