Carl Anderson Spanish Dip Needle, with the accessories listed in the pictures showing the dip needle catalogue.
I am calling it used because it is dusty and the chrome shows some grime or age.
It comes with the paper work pictured, unfortunately the operating instructions have a segment missing - shown in pics.
