Here for sale is an 8000-grit Shapton Glass Stone HC. The stone is perfect for smooth, even sharpening. This is a high quality sharpening stone that is designed for sharpening and polishing kitchen knives, straight razors, and tools with carbon steel blades. This includes Japanese tool steels (like blue paper steel). At 8,000 grit, this sharpening stone is the finest of the three Shapton HC glass stones. Model 50803.
