Pinball Playfield Glass Cart

Description

This is a playfield glass cart that I designed & built to transport and hold a large quantity of playfield glass.
It is currently sitting on 6 castors. You can also unscrew the castors and easily slide the cart inside an SUV or van. The cart itself is fairly light and can easily be lifted by one person.
The cart is 41.25" wide, 50" long, and 30" tall (with the castors).
It can hold both standard and various widebody playfield glass sizes. It held 38 sheets of glass with room for more, although it was a bit heavy to move around with the weight of that much glass on it.
When the cart is in a vehicle, the 2x4's on the end can be unbolted so glass can be slid on/off the cart. Then, they can be bolted back on when the glass is ready to be transported.
During transport, I put large pieces of cardboard on the surface of the outermost piece of glass, then covered all the glass in two large moving blankets, then gently secured them with two ratchet straps.
The cart worked pretty well for me when I was using it.
A real glass cart costs anywhere in the 0-00 range, which is why I built one myself instead.
