Returns are not accepted unless the item was sold with a warranty.
Items under warranty may be returned within 14 days of delivery date, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyer pays for return shipping. Item must be returned in the same condition they were shipped.
All returns because of compatibility issues or problems that were not tested for, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds are on final bid amount only; shipping and handling are non-refundable.
