    Description

Antique / Vintage glass cosmetic pot containing "Kremola" skin cream. Manufactured by the Dr C.H. Berry Company in the 1920s. The Dr CH Berry Co is most notable for their anti-freckle cream, which contained scandalous amounts of mercury.
The cosmetic in this jar probably does not contain any mercury, but please do not put it on your skin, as it has been used and product safety standards were not the same back then anyway.
If you wash out the cream, this would make a pretty jar for holding rings or secret notes. I've left that up to the buyer to decide though, since some people like the history of a jar that still contains product and the finger imprints of someone who lived 100 years ago.
Jar is made of an opaque red glass that I wouldn't quite call milk glass, but it does have a similar soft, almost waxy look.
Lid is scuffed (Shown in pictures). Jar itself seems to be in great condition. Would make a beautiful statement piece on your vanity.
